1) About our products (made-to-order)

Many SpritGlo items are produced on demand (made-to-order) through third-party fulfillment partners. Because items are made specifically for you, non-defective returns/exchanges are generally not offered. Please review the Refund & Replacement Policy for details.

2) Eligibility & acceptable use

  • You agree not to use our site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • You agree not to interfere with site security, scraping, or automated abuse.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we suspect fraud or policy violations.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown on the product page and/or at checkout and may change at any time.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors (even after an order is submitted).
  • Payment is processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Promotions/discounts may have limits and may be changed or ended at any time.

4) Production, shipping & delivery

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Typical production (processing) time is often 2–7 business days, depending on the product, season, and fulfillment partner.

5) Cancellations & order changes

Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, cancellations or changes (address edits, size/color changes, shipping upgrades) may only be possible before production begins and are not guaranteed. If you need a change, contact us immediately.

6) Refunds, replacements & defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a manufacturing/fulfillment issue, we will work with you on a replacement/reprint or refund per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

For eligible issues, we generally require photo proof and the issue must be reported within the stated window in that policy.

7) Product appearance, sizing & mockups

  • Product mockups are for illustration. Actual color/placement may vary due to lighting, screens, and manufacturing tolerances.
  • Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
  • Minor variations that fall within normal production tolerances may not qualify as defects.

8) Intellectual property

All site content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and product imagery are owned by SpritGlo or licensed to SpritGlo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

9) User content (reviews, comments, photos)

  • If you submit content (reviews, images, testimonials), you grant SpritGlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and site operations.
  • You confirm you have rights to share what you post and that it doesn’t violate privacy or third-party rights.
  • We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

10) Third-party services & links

Our store may use third-party services (payment processors, fulfillment providers, analytics, etc.). Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
