Your order is submitted for production once payment clears and your shipping info is confirmed.
Because items are made-to-order, production time varies by product and season. In general, most orders ship within 2–7 business days.
When a label is created, tracking may show “Ready to ship” or similar while the carrier scans it in. Updates can take up to 5 business days (domestic) or 7 business days (international).
These are typical delivery windows. Peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, and customs can affect timing.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.
Customs/duties/taxes: these may be charged by your country upon arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by product, destination, and shipping method. (Some items may ship separately if they’re produced in different facilities.)
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes (like address edits, shipping upgrades, or cancellations) may be possible, but they are not guaranteed.
Returned to sender / undeliverable: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can typically offer either (a) a reshipment with an additional charge, or (b) a partial refund (product price only). Shipping fees are not refundable in these cases.
