Shipping & Delivery

We print each item on demand (made-to-order), then ship it to you. This page explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipping, and what happens if something goes sideways.

  • Production (processing): most orders ship within 2–7 business days.
  • Tracking updates: can take up to 5 business days (domestic) or 7 business days (international) to show movement after a label is created.

How shipping works

Step 1

Order received

Your order is submitted for production once payment clears and your shipping info is confirmed.

Step 2

Production

Because items are made-to-order, production time varies by product and season. In general, most orders ship within 2–7 business days.

Step 3

Shipped + tracking

When a label is created, tracking may show “Ready to ship” or similar while the carrier scans it in. Updates can take up to 5 business days (domestic) or 7 business days (international).

Delivery estimates (after production)

These are typical delivery windows. Peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, and customs can affect timing.

Important: If you choose Priority Shipping, standard production time can still apply.

International shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.

Customs/duties/taxes: these may be charged by your country upon arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by product, destination, and shipping method. (Some items may ship separately if they’re produced in different facilities.)

Address accuracy & order changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes (like address edits, shipping upgrades, or cancellations) may be possible, but they are not guaranteed.


Returned to sender / undeliverable: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can typically offer either (a) a reshipment with an additional charge, or (b) a partial refund (product price only). Shipping fees are not refundable in these cases.

Lost, delayed, or “stuck” packages

  1. Check your tracking link for delivery attempts or pickup instructions.
  2. Confirm the address on your order confirmation matches your correct delivery address.
  3. Contact your local carrier/post office if tracking shows it’s in your city but not delivered.
  4. If it still isn’t resolved, contact us and we’ll investigate next steps with the fulfillment partner.
